Digital Downloads

How do I receive my digital download after purchase?

After you place your order, you will receive 2 emails from us. The first will confirm your order has been placed; the second email will contain a link to download your file(s). Click the link for immediate download to the Downloads Folder on your chosen device.

I didn't receive my download email. What should I do?

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, make sure the email address on your order is correct. If you continue to have trouble, please contact us and include your Order Number and we'll get it sorted quickly.

How long is my download link valid?

Download links are valid for 3 downloads. Each click will initiate an immediate download, and access will expire after the 3rd download/click.

I clicked the link, where did my Pattern go?

Your Pattern will download to the device you're using when you clicked the link.
Navigate to that device's Downloads Folder and look for a PDF file that looks like this: Daybreak by Cozy Quilt Designs - CQD01094_DD.pdf.

What file format will I receive?

Our digital patterns are delivered as PDF files. You will need a PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) to open and print your pattern.

Can I print my digital pattern at home?

Yes! Our patterns are formatted for standard home printing on 8.5" x 11" (US Letter) paper.

Can I share or resell my digital pattern?

Our digital patterns are for personal use only. They are protected by copyright and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed in any form.

Do you offer refunds on digital downloads?

Because digital files are delivered immediately upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds on digital downloads. If you experience a technical issue with your file, please contact us and we will make it right.
