Cotton Rainbow
Cotton Rainbow
A Strip Club Pattern Designed for 2½" Strips.
This dazzling quilt creates a three-dimensional illusion by working with color value. It's simple to assemble and lets the fabrics do the work.
Choosing fabric: You need a collection that offers different values of colors. When selecting and sorting colors, the magic number is 5. You need five colors in each grouping, and each group will make three blocks. Have as many different groupings as you like and repeat color groupings as you like. A good start is to have 25 various fat quarters or quarter yard cuts that look like a Cotton Rainbow.
You can use fat quarters without additional piecing. One fat quarter or quarter yard cut will yield the equivalent of 3 strips.
The pattern includes instructions for:
• Throw
• Twin
